Christmas Day Dining Menu

I was wondering what the menus are like in the MDR for Christmas Eve and Christmas Day. I've read that on other cruises during the holiday time there aren't specific menus, but I'll be on the ship for those days so I was wondering if they do something different then?

I'm cruising on fathom (to Cuba) on Christmas, and I'm really hoping fathom just has their regular menu on Christmas (embarkation day). I knew going in I was traveling over Christmas, so I am not expecting special "traditional" stuff. I guess I'm weird in traveling over a holiday and NOT expecting that things will be like at home. To me, not having "the regular" is a big bonus of travel!

Plus "traditional" means so many different things around "Christmas dinner" I think it would be hard to meet those "needs" for all guests. What if ham or turkey isn't your family's tradition?

TBH I wish things that are international like cruises just wouldn't deal with holidays at all - UNLESS they do ALL holidays. I felt really bad for the Canadian crew on RCCL's Brilliance this summer. They had to do their own thing on Canada Day but put up with 4th of July silliness in spite of being on a EUROPEAN cruise - and US people being only a small portion of the ship's clientele as many were NON-US citizens.

But I know I am in the minority.
We had the coolest 4th of July in 2015. We were on a European river cruise and were in Romania over the 4th. I don't think any of us (mostly US citizens) really planned on "doing" anything for the day. We were on an all day tour and toward the end of it we were up on a hilltop overlooking the town we were staying in that night. All of a sudden the head tour guide announced they had a surprise for us (two bus loads of people). The drivers and guides pulled out Romanian and US flags, champagne and glasses, and disc player. After filling the glasses, they started the disc and played the US national anthem.

See, to me that would ruin the trip. I travel to experience other cultures. If I wanted July 4th silliness I would have stayed in the US.
But it really wasn't silliness. The guides/drivers though they were doing something nice for us. And it took all of about 5 minutes. They had also set up a special concert (flute player, vocalist, keyboard) back at the hotel. Some "american" tunes, but mostly classical stuff.
