We have PS's for the Candlelight Processional on Christmas Day. Originally, we had planned to have breakfast at Crystal Palace that morning at 10 am. I am now aware that if we don't go into Epcot when it opens that day, we may not get in for our CP PS's at 5 pm. If that's the case, need suggestions for a "fun Christmas day" at Epcot/WS (will already have been there previously that week).

While Epcot is very busy on Christmas Day, I don't think it has been closed to arriving guests in recent years. We were there last year, and some of our party got into the park at 4:00 for our 5:00 CP. You should have no problem getting in.

We are also planning the CP at Epcot on Christmas night so I was concerned about the same thing. From what I've read here though, it seems that Epcot is unlikely to close on Christmas Day so I'm going to try not to race over there at opening.

I know I can't wait, have a great time!!

We were there last year too. Magic Kingdom was really the only park where you'd have to arrive bright and early and not leave. We went to Epcot. Left for a while and went back for our Candlelight Processional and Dinner Reservations. I'm sure you'll be fine.:)

By the way, Epcot did have long lines. But it never really felt crowded. We were able to entertain ourselves the whole evening until Illuminations with no problems.
