Christmas Cruising 2005

funny Paul was listening to weather yesterday I guess it was for Orlando, he thought it was in the 60's with rain.

Okay pack everything that's my plan.

Yes Nan, Cape Canavaral was 68 degrees.

If you want to check the weather. .Daves DCL tribute site has the weather for all of the spots the cruise goes to anytime you want
(click on the site it will take you there)

Grim: They know you are the badger man and they sent you an email. None of us get cool emails from Disney or DCL like you do.

I have a very sad pic to show you. I have to go outside to load it up...look here later.

Nan

I've missed a busy two days here ;)

Aisling, yes I used all your bags...

I haven't heard from Havencruiser or DannyB yet, not sure if they're participating :confused3

I see alotta green lights on tonight, who's still here?

I'm in, I'm always in....I'm lazy and don't log off, can't ya tell?

Sorry Hon, I must argue that sometimes that light just isn't on ;)

I'm taking your advise and having my countdown drink :) A little vodka and sips juice, yummy :)

Aisling, I'll be bringing some spirits along with me, what shall I bring :scratchin: Baileys?? One of my souvies from this cruise will most likely be that huge refillable beer mug --- the Bailey's I'll save for my nightcap :teeth:

are you saying my lights are no always on, or perhaps the car doesn't go to the top floor, or....I can't even think of any others, pretty lame huh?

We're bringing Khalua (did I spell that right?) I share mine if you'll share yours???

We're drinking vodak tonight huh? Okay I'll go find mine....

brb

N

LYMI

Yes maam, I will share...Maybe I should add a bottle of vodka to my bag as well ;)

What's in kamikaze's again? Mom may already be bringing the vodka :)

---made a few more arrangements today, got more calls to make tomorrow...I need one more day of shopping to finish packing...

my sis wants to have Christmas the Saturday after we return, that'd be cool cause then I can give them Disney for Christmas :) Everybody's fighting over who my hubby will hang with. He's gonna be so busy he'll never notice me gone.

Nan
I have some sad news my little bunny got a kidney infection and she died over this weekend, we will miss her funny little ways of all the bunnies we've owned she was the most loving and humanlike.
Still I like to picture her in a bunny heaven full of carrots and cabbage with angels to tickle behind her ears when she wants someone to love her.

Lynn, how sad! The poor little thing. But your vision of bunny heaven is lovely.

Our docs are at the TA, they came today.
 Dance, Jill, dance!!!!!!!!!!! I'm going to call Costco today to see if Disney sent my docs. This is so cool.

And Tig, OMG, you are so cute! You crack me up! :rotfl: Those plastic ziplock bags aren't the bags I was talking about! I sent 25 special bags that are thin and can be attached to the box! You should be getting them today I hope or tomorrow.

Gotta get Jesse to school. But first I have to say Three Cheers For Vodka!

Awww :(

sorry to hear the news Lynn...no matter how big or small they are all a huge part of our lives and memories.

Hey Ma! Are you taking all the ingredients of a kami or a pre-mix?

Hey All! My director is in a meeting so I have a little time to play!

We may miss the first meet if our meal time is 5:45 and the meet is 5:50. Won't know the actual dining time until we are on board. Not to worry we'll catch you all at the next one.

I hope to have the tees in my possession on Friday. Seems they are busy this time of year. Now, who (other than us) wants personalized tees at this time of the year? Once I have them in my hot little hands I will get them out.

Lynn - sorry about your pet bunny. It is hard to loose one so special.

Tig - still working on the swap items. Hope to have them in the mail by Saturday.

No docs yet.

I am starting to freak out. My to do list got really small after this weekend. But I rewrote it so I could read it and added 40 other things. arugh!!!!! The good news is our week nights next week are pretty open so that will give me some time to get things done!!!

I am hoping for calm seas and at least 70 degree weather - 80's would be nicer!

OK all you weather seekers...
YES it is usually in the 60s in Orlando in Dec--that's looking TOASTY right now!
BUT it is about 80 on St. Maarten/St. Thomas, Castaway Cay about 75.
Now, Nan might feel cool...but the rest of us will be pretty toasty!
Still bringing all summer clothes (except on way up/back--thinking L/S, pants)
Light jacket for all.
I wore capris or shorts, tanks or tees everyday on our last cruise. Totally comfy indoors & out. There are outdoor pools, kids--crowded ones!
Stop fretting....it will all be good!
2 weeks, 2 days........OMG I CANNOT WAIT!
Kris

Lynn: So sorry to hear your news. I've been thinking about how hard it will be to be away from the pets over this holiday, but even harder to lose one now. My prayers and thoughts are with you. Will you maybe get another when you return? You had 2 right? Is the other bun ok? I hope not too loney.

Going to give our Polly extra love today for yours in heaven. I'm sure our pets go there and I'm even more sure we'll see them again when it's our turn. Angels are tickling her ears now.

Nan

Lynn,

I hear St Peter is complaining because someone broke into the heavenly garden last night and made off with every last carrot!!!!

Fishing Opportunity:

Lynn's DH and I have a fishing excursion (privately) booked the morning we are in St Thomas, Wed dec 28th.

It is for four hours of deep sea fishing.

The charter is on the Abigail III and info can be found at this link.

http://www.worldwidefishing.com/stt...te_page=stthomas&company=Abigail+III+Charters

We are looking for one (or two) more people who would want to share the charter with us.

The total cost is about $650 (plus a tip for the mate) and includes bait, gear, etc.

The cost per person depends on how many we get. While it holds up to six, four -five is usually better. Species include Blue Marlin, Wahoo, Kingfish, Dolphin & Tuna

Ladies, this is a perfect opportunity to get rid of your DH's in the shopping paradise of St Thomas!

Makes a GREAT holiday gift.

Any interest, just PM me.

Ask Lynn, we can be great fun to be with and have been known to catch a fish or 150.

Jim

That'll be Chanty, put a lock on the gate the cabbages will go tonight!

Nan the other bun is doing fine she's much older about 5 and a half, she's quiet and does keep sniffing around the room but still seems quite happy and content . We'll probably stick with one bunny for the time being. We have some house guests coming this summer and need all the room we can get.

( Jim the girls will be ok sleeping in the old hutch won't they!) :rotfl2:

Seriously Jim and Keith are quite good fun and if you went on the boat with them you'd have a blast, I'll be with the girls we're booked on Captain Nautica in the am .
