While going to Disney is going to be an family fun adventure, Christmas Eve and Christmas is a time for our family to stop and reflect the birth of our Lord and Savoir Jesus Christ.

Does Disney offer any Church Services that we can attend or will I need to go offsite to find an appropriate church/venue for our worship services?

Any advice?

I just read something about this, so its funny you ask.For 28 ish yrs they did Sunday church services in the Magic Kingdom and starting in 2002 they now only have Christmas and Easter church services in the M.K. Im not sure where or if it is a specific denomination, but thats what i remember reading.

I am sorry that I do not know the answer to your question but wanted to add that as a Christian family, we so enjoyed the Candle Light Procession. It helped us slow down and refect on the true meaning of Christmas.

OK... we will ask when we check in... perhaps they will have something like this.

The CP is in epcot in the WS. It is the bible reading of the first Christmas with music and singing. It is done with lights. It is quite popular and suggested that you do one of the dinner packages to insure a seat. Check out the Holliday happening for more info.

I heard that Steven Curtis Chapman is going to be reading the Christmas Story live in person on Dec 9, 10, and 11!!! Oh I so wish we were going at this time. This is one of our favorite Christian artists.

I was looking into this because we are planning on being there for Easter 2007. I read that services are held in a ballroom in the Contemporary Resort.
