Christmas- Car or Disney Transportation

We are going down to the World again for Christmas- We usually stay at the Caribe Royale off property so we always have a car- this time we are staying in a Family Suite at All Stars - Question- should we rent a car- I would love to save the 700 for a car but how bad is Disney transportation Dec 24- Jan4th- really??

Cant speak for the buses at the All Stars but I would sooner use Disney transportation anyday than rent a car and deal with the traffic and headaches

We generally go Dec 27th to Jan 9th ish

I've been during Christmas week in the past and had good experience with Disney transportation from the resorts to the parks and back. I've also rented a car during the same time and can say I would rather let Disney do the driving during that time of year. I am also trying to decide if DME from MCO and back during Christmas week is worth it. Never used DME during Christmas week.

DME works wonderfully. Advance reservations are required.

Just be sure to be punctual for your trip on checkout day back to the airport. You need to be at the bus platform 15 minutes before the time stated on your confirmation.
