Christmas Buffet Dinner Help!

Hi everyone!
We come most every year for the week of Christmas (crazy to do so, but it works best for the whole family!) and I am trying to change up our Christmas dinner location. We are looking for an off-site FANTASTIC fancy pants buffet. Any recommendations?

I have enjoyed Sunday brunch at these hotels, so I'm guessing the Christmas buffet would also be nice.

Those sound great! We have actually done the Renaissance Hotel by Sea World (my folks are Westgate Owners, so it is very close) several times. How do you think the other two compare to the Renaissance?

We swear by the Villa de Flora buffet at the Gaylord Palms Hotel. We always go there for Easter and try to get there as often as we can afford! We absolutely love the service, food and location.
