Yup - dh's work caters their party - the had ham, turkey & all the fixins & they had karoke that they were "required" to do (its a tradition) - though his work would be considered a large business - they did give the emplyoees a signed Christmas card & chocolate.

I agree with catering a lunch...and maybe, if possible, letting everyone leave a bit early.

I like the idea of a nice lunch of some kind and maybe playing Secret Santa. Getting to leave early is priceless too.
