Christmas at WDW in photos

We drove through to beat the snowstorm and arrived on 12/19. A lucky last minute call to MS and we were able to get a 1 bd room at BWV, boardwalk view for just the 1 night before transferring to the AKV kidani for our week long stay....

We were your neighbor downstairs on the 19th and saw your Christmas lights from our balcony! was it a grand villa?

Our Christmas visit was awesome, hope yours was too! It was our 1st visit as DVC owners and exceeded our very expectation!

Welcome home neighbor!

We had a two-bedroom (which is a studio and one-bedroom combined). Some day we will stay in a grand villa!

Glad to hear that you love your DVC as much as we do:cool1:

Great pictures! Thanks so much for sharing.
DH and I went at Christmas on our honeymoonback in 1994. Our plan is to take our two boys soon. We loved the decorations. It's such a beautiful time to be at the parks.

Jen...great pictures. Thanks for taking the time to share them with us. I know that you have an eye for the details of WDW and you captured so many great decorations! Hope you had still had time to get a Dole Whip while you were there!! ;)

Great pictures. I love how your family decorated the doors.

Thanks for allowing me to enjoy Christmas at WDW without being there (although I would much rather have been there in person!). One day, I will get to the World at Christmas time.

I took my folks (ages 75 and 70) to the World last November. They had NEVER been:scared1: My mother fell in love with Epcot (she loves to shop:lmao:) and my father would have ridden Soarin' 100 times if we could have. It was like a couple of kids in a candy store and I loved being the one to give that to them.
Thanks again for sharing your vacation with us:thumbsup2

Thanks Granny! As we parked on Main Street (Mom has mobility issues and had a scooter) for the Move It, Shake It Parade and the Castle lighting I was tempted to get out the old chalk and make a big old circle:lmao: Sadly no Dole Whip this trip ... but I did have several Grand Marnier Slushie

It is fun wrapping our doors ... We did it last year since the trip was our gift to our family. This year we did it as it was our present to my folks as well as to each other. Makes the villa easier to find after those long nights in the parks:thumbsup2

I actually think it is more fun seeing Disney through my parents eyes than seeing it through my daughter's eyes at this point in life.:wizard:

:rotfl: Too funny, Jen! Sounds like it was a great trip and glad you enjoyed it! :)

Thanks for all the pictures it reminded me of all the fun we had last year when we were there between Christmas and New Years, I think the best time to be there even with the crowds. Loved all the pictures.

You're welcome!

One of the many things I love about DVC is that we visit WDW so often I don't mind if we do just one attraction in six days because I know we will be back:thumbsup2
