We have a large group that we are traveling with in December...many of which are kids at the age to where they are beginning to question the reality of Santa. We are concerned for the upcoming trip about traveling around to the different Epcot worlds and seeing the different types of Santas at each country. How have you explained this to your kids?

Since no one really sees the 'real' Santa, explain that this is what children in this country think Santa looks like. Tell them the Clement C. Moore story and explain that we think Santa looks like this because of this story.:santa:

Good question, but fortunately one never posed by any of my children during our annual Xmas week visits. Just explain that these are storytellers.

You could also say, "That's what Santa wears when he goes to Canada (or whatever country you're in)."

My kids seemed content thinking that the one in the United Kingdom was Santa, we didn't actually really see a Santa anywhere else. Maybe this was just coincidence, but we definitely saw the 3 Kings in Mexico and the Troll (or whatever) in Norway. My daughter really liked both of those.

We're not quite there yet, but when/if DS or DD question, I'll just say that since Santa has to be at the North Pole making toys, these people are showing us how people in other countries think Santa looks.
