Christmas around the world?

We have been to WDW several times but always early June. I am considering pulling kids out of school week before Christmas break to experience MVMCP, Osbourne Lights, Candlelight Processional and Christmas around the world. My 12 year old daughter wants to visit every country for their Christmas traditions. How many afternoons will we need to realistically here all the storytellers at a relaxed pace? Will 2 be enough? I will do a meal for the processional so that will help with the wait for that. Would it be better to plan for 3 afternoons? We will be at the world for 10 days and we will have hoppers.
