Sorry the airfare continues to be a frustration!

I'm loving reading the comments on the food at DHS. We've only ever had QS at ABC and BLE and neither really stuck with me as wonderful or bad? So I'm no help - but I'm happy to read about other places there.

We didn't enjoy our own reception nearly as much as we should have either. There were just too many people to visit, and like you say, too much nervous energy. I don't even think we ate any of our buffet food. Excited to see Kira's pix and the ones the photographer from the wedding came up with too.

I cracked up about the Key to the World card comment! Too funny!

Yes, Josh realizing that he couldn't use his card in the real world was a funny moment. Inside I told myself "YES! they will be going back".

Quick fly-by. I love the themed wedding and the pics were awesome. Can I say that you and Kira look more like sisters?!

I am also SO frustrated about airfare. When SW released the extended schedules yesterday, as expected, the Orlando fares matched Jet Blue's. We are thinking about going ahead and booking to make sure we keep the flights. If the prices go down, Southwest will honor the lower prices without a change fee (like Jet Blue's $150 fee).

So glad that chip's been successfully implanted in Josh.

So happy Kira is home safe and sound! I'm feeling really guilty cause I'm thisclose to buying my flight for January. I was looking and considering and decided to go with Delta instead of waiting for Jet Blue and Delta dropped the price of the flights I want from $239 to $219!

Maybe you should move out to the East Coast for the flights?

Kira got back last night. I was able to look over her pp pics and they were awesome!!! Plus, Josh's chip was successfully implanted. When getting his keys out to go home, he mentioned that everything worked with a key to the world card. Too funny...

Thanks... Kira and I are 20 years apart in age. Kira and Zoe are 15 years apart... yet since Kira and I are both "adults" I can see how we would be the ones to look like the two sisters instead of Kira and Zoe.

airfare!!!! I will be so glad to book and be done with it. I just keep waiting hoping it will come down only to have it go up further. I swear I am going to have to change my dates cause my current ones are just tooo pricey for airfare.

Don't feel guilty!! I would jump on airfare at that rate!!! As for moving to the East Coast... I can't see that happening... but ya never know. As I get older and need to be closer to WDW... and I get more and more sick of our gray months... I just may have to do that.

I will definitely post a link. I do know what she is going to call it. It will be titled "Is this a ride?" There is a funny animated video on the internet somewhere with a hypothetical cm talking to a guest who keeps asking if the great movie ride is a ride. It is hilarious... and I guess that is what Josh asked a lot. "Is this a ride?"

Hi Ann I am really sorry to hear about your Kitty.

I feel you on the "it's too early to plan anything more" thing. As the time gets closer it's so much easier especially when you have your ADR's.

My opinion on the DHS QS, I absolutley love toy story pizza planet, the pizza is really good and the salads are super fresh. I have never tried starring rolls but I have read all kinds of good things so I might give that a try this year.

I haven't even started looking at airfare, I'm just a 2 hour flight from Disney so my tickets have always been under 200 but my brother who used to work for the airline said that as the time gets nearer they will add more flights and make the tickets cheaper in price in order to sell out seats. like I said I have never had to worry about that but maybe it will help you some.

Just got a call from Children's Hospital. This is really happening.... Please keep my daughter in your prayers. She will be in the OR for an estimated 9 hours on June 8th. I won't be able to see her until she is out of recovery which could be another hour or so. In total proabably 10+ hours. It will be a VERY long day for us all. I am prepared for and aware of all that is to come...but... hearing that time frame makes me kinda feel sick to my stomach.

Lots of prayers for you today, tomorrow, and everyday after through to Zoe's recovery. From one mom to another - I would feel the same way - so focus on the postives of the outcome of the surgery. I recall your post from her doctor's appt and all of the good things this surgery will bring to Zoe. And have the peace and comfort in knowing you aren't alone - we are all praying for you and your family, including DH's safe travels to Zach's graduation.
