I heard today on the radio (I'm trying to find the link) that her husband, Peter, was having an ongoing fling with a 19 year old he met last year in a TOY STORE WHILE SHOPPING FOR TOYS FOR HIS KIDS....UGH. Apparently he hired her as an assistant for his company soon after they met. He bought her a car, and gave her money and paid for a place for her to live. Her 19 year old ex-boyfriend was the one who told her father who then told Christie Brinkley.

Apparently there is some trail of e-mails confirming all of this that Christie found on her computer.

From what I heard on tv, her first husband was not killed. They divorced. It was actually her boyfriend after her first marriage that was killed in a car crash.

I had read that too...guys hit their 50's and do some really stupid things, I work with all guys and I see so many doing the same thing once they hit middle age and always with a girl half their age but most of the times the wives have NO clue, at social functions you hear them talk about what a happy great trusting marraige they have and how their husbands would never cheat, hes a great faimly man, father,husband etc and the whole time I just think to myself "if they only knew"
