I have been at this for a while, but I plan to be more accountabile by (re)starting my WISH journal. A picture is worth a thousand words...so I shall start here...

I have 50 more lbs to go before I get to my goal (of around 160-165lbs). I need help to get through this from my DIS WISH friends. I've already lost 40 lbs and cannot quit. So here we go!
I'm about to go down and do some Tae Bo. I'm really proud of myself this weekend - I did not cheat (weekends are a problem for me!). Friday we are leaving for Disney. I plan to bring my Tae Bo DVDs with me and work out in the AM so I can keep on track. Today weight was 214. I've lost 10 this month. I really wanted to get under 200 by the time we went to Disney, but that was a little unrealistic. When I lost all my weight before, I did it SO fast and BAM, you guessed it, I gained it back!! Although I wish it could come off fast, I also realize the steadier pace the better. I'm more apt to keep it off if I lose slow. It just gets a little frustrating sometime because I work out at the gym 5 days a week like CRAZY (average of 2 hours) and eat pretty healthy, but sometimes I don't budge the scale at all, OR it goes up! So this journal shall be my diary, my motivation, my plea for help and my celebration of sucesses.
I appreciate you taking a look and taking time to comment!
