Please DON'T say "There is a Hell and a Heaven". You WILL get bashed.
It is more approptiate to state "I believe there is a heaven and hell"

You make it sound like your word is golden word and everyone else is damned.

I'm really an open one to religion and I think it's wonderful.
I probably wouldn't mind studying religion.
But that's the only thing that really pushes me.

And also I've never been happier with my life even though I'm agnostic.

Okay, again, your word is not golden rule.
You have no right to say what does, and what does not happen. No one knows, only God does. And unfortunately, we won't know until we get there.
Until then, either say "I believe..." or don't talk about your beliefs.
It really throws people into a tizzy, I myself being one right now.

That's the main thing I don't like about Religion. They all say they're the one true religion, and if you don't follow that one, then you'll go to Hell, or have a similar fate...

I know loads of Christians that swear... Strangely it's more of a sin if you use the Lord's name in vain, then swearing...

Not a Christian right now. Considering it, but there are an awful lot of things keeping me from going completely under like that.

I definitely believe in God, have quite a few beefs with the Bible (both the things it says, and the beliefs held/touted regarding the book itself,) and the things that Christians do, but many parts of the religion are nice, and I can understand why people believe them. But aside from the obvious things keeping me from just saying 'what the heck, I'll believe it, too!!,' some of the underlying, not so apparent ideas of organized religion in general leave me very discouraged. So I'm still on the fence.

But I think about this a lot. Formed some opinions, still working on some, wonder all the time. And people's opinions on this subject are fascinating to me, too-- I'm curious how this thread will turn out...
