Good morning! Or almost afternoon... I have the day off today, so I got up early, got the kids off to school, came home and laid down for a minute... and just got back up! The last few days have been so busy, with school beginning and all. I guess I was just exhausted. Now it is time for some lunch (garlic mashed potatoes anyone?) and then I am off to clean the wreck my daughter calls her room. I did my son's room on Monday afternoon, and I can still see the floor!
Hope you are all enjoying some nice weather, it is beautiful here, and are getting back into the school routine. I am so glad that my son adjusted well to Junior High, I had been worried, but just kept taking it to God in prayer. As always, HE came through! Thanks, Lord!

we are a little frustrated about the weather news this weekend and the effects on our cruise, but not anxious as we know that dcl will take care of necessary adjustments.

but we are praying for everyone that will be in the path of this monster storm if it does come ashore and as it cruises through the bahamas soon, this thing is one of the most impressive hurricanes i've seen in some time and i pray that all remain safe and can get back to normal with somewhat ease.
