JC2, thanks for the prayers! Looks like there won't be water damage(as of yesterday anyway) and the insurance is going to pay for most of the work. It needs to be totally replumbed!

DD will be traveling home from the airport Sat. in a really messy snow/sleet storm. I'll be glad when she's back!!

Hey guys, sorry I haven't been posting, I've been very sick for the last week. I haven't been to work and that's where my calendar with the daily scriptures is. I almost brought it home with me when I dropped off my Doctors Note the other day but I thought I would be well by now.

Thanks for missing me and please keep praying for me and my family. Between the fibromyalgia and all the stress some days I wonder if I will ever feel better.

zen, I was wondering if you were located in Minneapolis. I was just there in October for a MOPS convention, (Mother's of Preschoolers...NOT door-to-door-"mop" sales LOL) and was amazed at how clean Minneapolis is. We also got a chance to spend a day at the Mall of America...WOW, what a place!!!

stampy, so glad to hear DD trip is going well so far. I wish she could see the GC though...so close it seems a shame not to. Well I will pray she has a good and fun trip anyway and safety traveling. I'm sure you really miss and are anxious to get her back! I stopped in yesterday just to read and prayed about your parents' pipe situation too. Glad it's being covered even though it sounds like a big job.

Michelle Sorry you have been feeling so badly. I am praying for you, sis. I know that these times can really bring us down in so many ways and I'm so glad to have the opportunity to lift you up in the best way that we can support one another...through prayer! I know that fighting the "good" fight can be so hard, and when you're sick it's so much MORE difficult. I also can relate to the "chronic" stuff. It is a true battle. May you rest in God's arms of love today and truly find and comfort and healing for your body and soul there. Keep praising HIM!!!!

And for all...remember to put on your FULL ARMOR everyday for those battles:

That is to cool! I live about 30 minutes away from the Mall of America. The Mall of America is a fun place to go to and shop, I like to go there during the week(it's alot less busy then). If you come out this way again, we should met up at the Mall of America!

Sarah, It was BIG alright...We spent about 6 hours there and all I can say is it's probably way too much MALL for me!!! No, it was fun. I don't get to go shopping too often by myself and I enjoyed exploring there. Got myself some earrings too! I liked the AMUSMENT PARK right in the middle of the whole place!!!!!!!!! And of course I had to do the "Snoopy" store for souveniers for my three DS's...they LOVE "PEANUTS"! I subscribed to their email in case I need to order more Peanuts stuff! LOL
My Convention-sisters and I ate at the Rain Forest Cafe there too. (BTW Michelle, I got the same dish we got when we met you at the RFC in DTD LOL...I'm SOO predictable!) Anyway, I absolutely LOVED what I saw of Minnesota...that being mostly downtown Minneapolis and the MOA. But we want to take the family back there someday. I would love to see all of the Laura Ingalls Wilder sites as I am a BIG fan of her and her books. So maybe when we plan that "Out West Trip" we'll meet at the MOA! Have you ever done a DIS meet either locally or at WDW?

I have never done a Dis meet before, but I have always wanted to. That would be alot of fun to meet at the Mall of America, we could go shopping, ride the rides and meet "Snoopy"( he is really cute)! Did you get to see Snoopy and the Gang when you where here? I have never met him yet, I hope to one of these days. We also have Snoopy statues here, they are all over the place in Minneapolis and I think they have a few inside of the Mall of America. Did you see any of them?

Michelle, so sorry to hear you haven't been feeling well. We miss you when you aren't here! I'll be praying.

DD flies back today....she'll be flying into the storm and may have delays. They will be staying at a hotel tonight and then driving the rest of the way tomorrow...traveling is supposed to be bad then.

My parent's pipe situation is not as bad as I expected in that very little leaked onto anything important....the biggest leak was in the basement. Now the replumbing begins....hopefully soon.

Hey, forgot to say that I got tickets for the FFH concert!!! DH's friend and fam. are going with us....nice to have something to look forward to!
