Hey all!

Edie, So glad to hear from you and that wonderful song! I will continue to lift you up with your Bible study (Kay Arthur has GREAT studies) and also now as you are sick.

Michelle, sorry you're not feeling well still Keep resting and we will keep praying!

I guess sickness is the word for the day. We probably need a word of HEALING!! My youngest DS (who just had a birthday after Christmas) is really sick. He has had a fever since Wednesday and he is getting worse..not better. We had him to the doctor this morning (DH had to take him since i work at church) and they did a Strep test...they're pretty sure he has strep. But this is the one son of mine with such HIGH energy and it is so hard seeing him so miserable... I guess we can include him in our prayers for healing. I too have had a sore throat for 2 days now (getting worse) so I pray that it's just a coincidence and not that I'm coming down with it too.

This was one of the hymns we sang today. The promises in this song are what has been getting me through some very ROUGH days. I praise God in heaven that he has been my sustainer in recent months and also as circumstances are becoming increasingly difficult. I feel like I am crying and crying out to him most of the time. I am so greatful for His faithfulness to me and that I know He hears me even if my circumstances seem hopeless or unchanging.

I pray He will draw each of close to him today and in the coming week and that we can endure everythingas we remain IN HIM and His promises!
