Here are my totals for the week
Run: 20.89 miles
Bike: 36.8 miles
xtraining: 5 shows with dancing and acting, lunges, and situps

I had a question for you. So how many days/week do you run? I've been trying to slowly boost my weekly mileage from to 30 miles. I run 4 days/week and x-train 2 days/week. I tell you it's tough getting 30 miles in on 4 days/week. It will get easier as my LR goes up in distance, but I was just wondering how many days/week you run.

So do you have any marathon plans for this year yet? I know you're not doing Grandfather's Mountain or Disney. Will you be running a marathon this year?

Sun 6/24 - Xtraining with a show!
Mon 6/25 - Trail ran with friends in the rain...It stared storming. Did around a hour. Maybe 5 something miles.
Tues 6/26 - Took DD7 to the Doc for her allergies. Had a show this morning for xtraining.
Wed 6/27 - Worked, packed, then left for HH! Walked on the beach with my family.
Thurs 6/28 - Biked 22.5 miles at HH. Lost the top to my water bottle around mile 16 so did not have anything to drink.:sad2: Ave speed was 17 MPH
Fri 6/29 - Ran 8 miles at HH. It was very HOT and Humid. I felt like I was going to throw up around the 4 mile mark so had to slow down...ave pace was 9 MPM Xtrained with show that night! I got to the Theatre just as we started the show...:rolleyes1
Sat 6/30 - 33.2 miles biking with my MS group. Ave speed was btwn 16-25 MPH:eek: Xtrained with a show that night.

TOTALS FOR WEEK:
RUNNING: 13 miles :eek:
BIKING: 55.7 miles
XTRAINING: 4 Shows


Sun 7/1 - Xtraining with a Show
Mon 7/2 - 14.5 miles bike ride at 12 MPH with DSIS. Very Hilly!
Tues 7/3 - Ran 6 miles in the morning (under 9 MPM). Did laps for 15 min in pool. Biked at an easy 12 MPH pace 8.5 miles
Wed 7/4 - Biked 35.2 miles with a friend. Very hilly but I ave around 16 MPH. Poweraid never taisted so good!
Thurs 7/5 - Ran 8 VERY hilly miles (right under 9 MPM). Knee boarded that night.
Friday 7/6 - 1st ever Massage:cloud9: Let muscles rest!
Sat 7/7 - Packed and came back home!:sad2: Was going to run 8 miles, but wanted to sleep in...so I did!:rolleyes1

TOTALS FOR WEEK:
RUNNING: 14 miles
Bike: 57.7 miles
Swim 15 min
XTRAIN: 1 show and lots of boat activity!:cool2:


I need to get back into the swing of things now that I am back from vacation!
 
Monday (7/9)
Ran on indoor track. Did not take watch so not sure about the time but here is the break down....
100 laps
that = 5 miles

Lotts of round and round:faint: but it felt good to run on even ground! Not hills:cloud9: !
 

Tuesday (7/10)
OK I am posting my WO even though I thought about not posting it b/c it was so BAAAAAD!
1st mistake was going out at 1300! It was so hot outside that my shoes were sticking to the pavement...
2nd mistake was WO in my HILLY neighborhood!
3rd, NO SHADE!
so I rethought my goals...so I would not die!

Here it is (don't laugh):
Run: 1.1 miles in 9:27
BIke: 2.595 miles in 11:31
Run: 1.1 miles in 10:42
Bike: 2.762 miles in 14.34

I did not push at all but quit b/c I started getting a headache. I just reread my RW from Aug 2006. It talked about overheating so I am a little paranoid right now.

Totals for the day so far is:
2.2 miles running
5.347 miles biking
WAS IT EVEN WORTH IT?
 
OK! I just ave up my running and biking miles to date...from the time I started this journal in Feburary.

I am a little surprised at the results.

Biking: 468.1 Miles
Running: 426.2 miles


I thought I ran more than I biked, but I really have been adding on the biking mileage the past few months.

These totals do not include WDW 07 or my 15 mile Shirt run. I did those b/4 starting the journal.
 
Been out of town but did run around 2 monday and walked with family the rest of the way.

ran 4 Wednesday (july 18th) with DDs.
 
Ran 4 Thursday

Biked Friday...got a flat at mile 5 and had to walk back a few miles until DH picked me up. Could not find the place where it was going flat so took it into the shop...it was right at the valve. They changed the tubing for me.

Ran today....
5.5 at a 10 MPM with friends
9.8 at an 8:30 by myself.

May venture out to ride again tomorrow but we will see. Sundays are very tiring for me.
 
Took a 2 mile walk with princess: 9, princess: 7, and 2 JRTs! To say the least, it was CRAZY! But fun.
May run when DH gets home!

DH has started running again.:cool1: Very excited about this. He did 2 miles this morning with 1 of the JRTs. The other one will not run. He is older and lazy.:upsidedow
 
Did run yesterday (Mon) after dinner. It was really neat...I could see the rain coming as I topped one of the hills in my neighborhood....then I got to run in the rain.
4.2 miles...not sure of the time b/c I did not take my watch.

Did a show this morning and have rehearsal tonight. Not sure if I will get anything in today. Not that the show was not xtraining enough.:eek:
 
Ran 10 today (Wednesday) in 1.27...8.45 MPM!:cool1:
It was HOT and I ran out of water with 1.6 miles to go! but I made it.
 
Hi Christa- just wanted to see how you're doing out there. We haven't heard from you in a while. I got in 29.22 miles last week. I was happy with that. I'm getting close to my 30 mile/week goal. Hope all is well with your very busy life.
 
Havent posted in a while, but still training!
Ran 4.8 miles monday
biked almost 11 today.

May run again tonight while DD9 is at Soccer practice. Everyone there already thinks I am nuts b/c I show up after a run or ride and stink as bad as the kids practicing.

After a 60 mile ride Saturday, (at soccer practice) someone asked me if my CO2 cartrage (sp?) was an inhailer (SP? again).:lmao: I tried to explain, but when I was talking about tubes and tire levers...they just tuned out.:confused3
