Chrissyk....Clean out your PM box

So after a :sunny: and warm weekend they are predicting a chilly day today
so i think I will give the yard work a break and relax today
well until 12 when i have to go to the Dr for a blood pressure check

What are you all doing today???

I"m having a yardsale Saturday, I've got a garage filled with boxes and bags of old toys & clothes - Any volunteers to come help me sort through it???

Back from Puerto Rico. It was nice but not my favorite place to visit. If you have questions, feel free to PM me.

BTW, one of my 4 year old daughters wants a snake for a pet in the worst way. Yesterday she gave my wife a mother's day pet, and then said, "Now can I have a snake?" :teeth:

I love her! :rotfl2:

I'm glad you had a good trip.

My DS went through the snake thing from 4-5 y/o. He loved watching the Crocodile Hunter & Jeff Corwin on Animal Planet (does that still come on?). I wouldn't let him have the snake but did pacify him with a hamster for his 5th b'day. He had about 15 rubber snakes - rattlesnakes, Black Mombas, Corral Snakes, Rat Snakes, you name it. He would dress up in his Croc. Hunter costume and talk like Steve Irwin and tell us all about his rubber snakes, he knew which were venomous & which were not - he had the accent down and everything. It was hilarious. He asked if he found a snake could he keep it? I told him sure, he could keep it outside, but not in a cage, they don't like cages, he could feed it and if it stuck around - consider it his. He would go out in the backyard and woods looking, I was so scared that he might actually find one, fortunately he never did. His obsession has now passed. As much as I hated it, I do miss it now. Look into your local children's museum and science centers, they usually have snakes and they will let the kids rub them.

ChrissyK probably wants everybody to join the book exchange. I haven't actually asked her but I have a hunch.

just thought I could bring out a blast from the past!
