Picking up Chloe land mines, a.k.a. poop, from the backyard!

Folding and putting laundry away. I hate it with a passion. In fact I did laundry, 6 loads and it is sitting in the laundry baskets for dear partner to put away.

The sad news is, there are still 15 more boxes of laundry to be sorted and cleaned then folded. (We moved with Mayflower, the truck was hot so the clothes smell like cardboard)

That's probably my MOST favorite chore I use an ENTIRE can of scrubbing bubbles on the tub and shower - completely douse everything - give it 5 minutes- give everything one swipe with the sponge then rinse... The most time consuming part is spraying everything down.


Dh of course thinks I spend WAY too much money on scrubbing bubbles but I am NOT about to use some elbow grease for the sake of saving a few $$ every week,

Oh and we have hard water too so the soap scum was INSANE till we got a water softener last month and scrubbing bubbles still did the trick with barely any effort on my part!

To me the worst chore has to be scrubbing the toilets. Yuck, but it must be done.

Sometimes I throw stuff back in the wash to see if the wrinkles will come out magically on their own!

OMG
I so love this one.
I keep a spray bottle and toss things back in most everyday.
The iron only comes out for the random shirt -
if we're going out to some place swanky.

Cleaning the tile floors. We have about 900 square feet of tiled flooring - some of it those tiny little tiles.

First I have to vacuum up the debris, then swiffer up the dust, then mop while scrubbing the grout with a brush. It takes forever and never seems clean.

Its a shower stall and its a pain to rinse clean, I am going to buy that sprayer thingy that does it automatically.

IRONING!!!

Sometimes I throw stuff back in the wash to see if the wrinkles will come out magically on their own!

I figured out the trick..wear the wrinkled clothes, and throughout the day, your body heat fixes the wrinkles!

So today I plan to strip the old wax off the floors and apply new wax.
I PLAN to. I plan to. Really I do. Oh well it's not ironing.

Changing the sheets and cleaning the bathroom.

We have a king size bed, and I feel like it takes me 15 minutes to change the darn sheets because I have to keep walking around and around the stupid bed.

Cleaning the bathroom for the obvious reason that I live with a man who doesn't seem to have very good aim!!!!!

Why not change the shower head? We put the handheld shower heads in all our bathrooms... Makes cleaning the shower a peice of cake! Plus helps out to give the dog a bath!

*tip for cleaning shower/baths... This is for the laminate surround. (not tile or shower doors) I use orange glo wood polish with paper towel. It takes everything off, with little to no scrubbing! Also gives it a nice shine & will repel water for a little bit (water will bead up).
DO NOT USE IT ON THE FLOOR*** because it is an oil, it will be slippery!
