Choosing a seat on flight

For the first time ever, we get the luxury of choosing a seat on our flight due to booking the premium cabin with Thomson. We've never done premium before or even picked a seat before so I'm feeling very spoilt for choice!!

Anyone flown with Thomson premium and have any recommendations?
