I need to make a decision on accommodations for a last-minute DL trip. But, never having been there, I'm shooting blind - so I need some help...
First - this is a last-minute thing, the same weekend as the Pirates premiere, so our choices are *extremely* limited. From the posts I have read, I would have preferred HoJo or BWPPI, but neither is available.
The three hotels that I think I can choose between are:
1) Ramada Maingate
2) Park Vue Inn
3) Desert Inn
and, maybe,
4) Carousel Inn
About us...
1) For this trip, we aren't fussy. We arrive at 5 pm Saturday and leave at 7 am Monday - most of the time in between will be spent in a park (DCA Sat night, DL on Sun)!
2) It needs to be clean.
3) It has to have parking - we will have a car. But, it will stay parked during our stay.
4) Something for breakfast would be nice... It will speed us on our way Sunday and Monday AM.
I think all of the hotels above fit the bill (although I guess I'm worried about the parking situation at the Desert Inn) - so I'm looking for personal opinions that will help sway me one way or the other. Or, if they really all are 'birds of a feather', then let me know!
TIA, Jeff
