A zebra dome has a spongy bottom that is covered with a light chocolate mousse and the whole thing is coated with white chocolate ganache and then "striped" with chocolate ganache. They are a little bigger in size than 12 a golf ball. I think there is supposed to be coffee flavor in the mousse but I hate coffee and they didn't taste like coffee at all to me. I thought they were deeelish.
I so wanted to get a souffle for our anniversary at CG but I hear they don't do them anymore. I think I'll call and ask them to pretty up one of those molten chocolate things or order a small cake.....the one with the castle on it perhaps????

DSGF - mac and cheese (w/filet) at Jiko
My choice would be the pork tenderloin and goat cheese polenta from California Grill, to die for!
DH would go for the 24oz porterhouse from Yachtsman SH.
