Choose for me...

I am looking at the Pacific Terrace, the Dana at Mission Bay, the Hyatt Regency at Mission Bay, and the Bahia Resort or Catamaran.

I really want to stay in Mission Bay, but I am really considering the Pacific Terrace.

Party of five...two rooms....ages 51, 49, 24, 20, 16.

If you really want to stay at a hotel that's on Mission Bay, I would suggest the Hyatt or the Dana. I'm just going by location and reputation, since I haven't stayed at either one. I have a co-worker who stayed at the Hyatt not too long ago and really enjoyed it. The Catamaran has a great location, but it always seems to get so-so reviews on the rooms.

I have not stayed at the other ones, but the Catamaran should be a no-no IMO. It is in a nice location, but the rooms are horrible. No elevator, unless there is one in the tower section. The rooms are horrible. I lasted two hours, and checked out. YUUCCK!!!
