Choking up on the 15th anniversary show

So I just posted my thank-you thread last week, and feel like I said everything that I needed to say about how much Pete and the whole gang meant to me personally, and to so many of us around the world, week after week.

It was really touching to listen to the 15th anniversary show this week, and hear Pete get choked up at the end of it, about how much the Dis and the show has meant to him personally.

Pete, I've never heard you get emotional like that before. Thank you for sharing that moment with all of us. It was very touching.

And on a lighter note, congratulations on discovering that your listeners number in the tens of thousands!

i happened to have stopped the podcast just a couple minutes short and just finished listening to it a few minutes ago during halftime of the basketball game. hearing him get choked up had my eyes welling up quickly. what a great show.

I was glad I didn't wait to listen until I was driving, since it made me cry so much. Not so good to cry at work, but still...

It's cool to know that other people feel an instant de-stressed feeling when they hear Pete's voice starting the podcast. I definitely do too.

Listened to it last night at work and literally had to take a break because I was crying. The whole team does a fantastic job and have created something so much more than just a podcast.
