Boma would be my first choice if not traveling with kids.

I like to go to Ohana for the Breakfast which has characters and I enjoy the view of the MK in the morning.

However, if you are not into the characters than I would say Kona. The Poly is such a nice hotel to visit and relaxing and romantic.

I love the Poly so, Ohana's is a natural choice for me.

Love the theming and the idea of all you can eat. We did this as a Grand Gathering last year and it was fantastic. Food was great and service was fantastic!

I am a Spoodles guy, I love the atmosphere is nothing spectacular but kinda cool. My fav thing about this place is the ability to walk the boardwalk and take in the sights either before or after your meal.

Out of your list and the ones we have tried, I chose Biergarten. Unfortunately, we had to cancel Boma for dinner when we were there last week. We did try WCC this year and had bad service and bad food (DH was sick all night after eating there).

My favorite from your list is certainly Boma but I also really like 'ohana and the Whisperin's canyon Cafe

Boma, is the best Buffet on property. They have a great selection and I like the setup. Oh, and the food is great
