In my itinerary I have going to EP, WP, EP (which has evening EMH that day in case we need more time). I was told to not do MK, WP, MK because MK will need more time. I'm going when crowd levels are a 3 according to best days. We have 4 pluses and I want to use all of the pluses. One water park has to be on a park day due to time.

It is much easier to go to Epcot and a water park than MK and a water park. Epcot is just, IMO, an easier park to get into and out of. However, I'd still prefer to go to the Water Park first thing, spend the morning, go back to the resort to have lunch and change, and then head to Epcot for the rest of the day. Depending on whether you're using your own car or Disney transportation, you could eat up a couple of hours in "back and forth" time between Epcot - water park - Epcot. It's a lot more efficient to only make one switch, rather than two.

Epcot is the better of the two theme parks (you mentioned) and Blizzard Beach is the better of the two water parks, transportation wise. One resort's bus goes directly between Epcot and Blizzard Beach, possibly with a stop at the designated resort not too far out of the way.

Transportation involiving the others (MK and Typhoon Lagoon) is more complex and more time consuming.

Pouring water on a stain and scrubbing does not remove the stain if you do not sop up the water. Hint: The stain is still in the carpet until you see it someplace else, for example on a wiping cloth or (extremely good for the purpose) toilet paper.

I'm at CBR so it might be our resort it stops at. Does that link show the bus schedule?
