Choice of Accomodations

I have 2 options - the Carribean Beach Resort and Port Orleans Riverside. Which one would you choose for a 10 year old and parent?

When DS was 10, we chose CBR. We all enjoyed it very much.

Hmmm...would depend on the tastes of child, but the PORS is newer and feels more delux and private than Caribbean REsort. CR pool is more for young kids...but the decor and ambience of PO...Riverside or French Quarter is more upscale.
(Plus there are carriage rides and the river and better food and Cafe du Monde type donuts YUM.

Out of the two, definitely Caribbean Beach!

The POR!!!! CBR is waaaaay too spread out for us. They have an internal bus system just to get guest around the resort. Too inconvenient. We loved the short little walk across the bridge to the main pool at POR. A quiet pool was outside of our building. We also enjoyed the boat to DTD. Food court was great. You can also use the pool at the FQ. Very cute if you have kids.
