Choice Hotels

Hi, had orriginally planned our trip for June but had to reschedual to August.We are driving from Ontario.We will be in Orlando area for about 5 days prior to booking into Disney staying at POR.

We have a lot of points for Choice Hotels (Comfort Inn,Quality Inn ,Sleep Inn ect)and would like to use them on this trip.Would anyone have any experience with these properties and could recommend any.We would like a couple of the days at Clearwater and at least one really close to Disney preferably DTD area.
We will have our Grandchildren with us ages 6 & 9.

I cannot be of much help, especially in Clearwater, but this particular Choice Hotel is on the Palm Parkway which is just minutes from Disney property. It is not in Downtown Disney proper, but is very close. I can't vouch for the hotel but it is in the area you want to be. Hope this at least provides a starting point for you. Good luck!
