Guess he's sleeping on the couch tonight!Bad news. He came back. WITHOUT chocolate.![]()

When I first gave up Coke, I gained weight because I had major sweet cravings. Chocolate, candy anything sweet - I was eating like crazy. It eventually subsided- but I had always thought most people lost weight when they gave up sodas. Once again I do the opposite of what I would have expected.![]()
Lately I can't get enough of those chewy mini sweetarts. Target has them on sale right now, and I must have at least 6 or 7 bags at home.
I'm a Choco-holic so I see nothing wrong with you.
I have more chocolate and candy in my house than Willy Wonka has in his factory.. seriously.

What the heck? And it has to be straight, solid chocolate - not cake, cupcakes, ice cream, etc..

Florida!! We can make a trip to WDW, eating chocolate the whole way there, while we're at it!Where are you? Can I come over ?![]()

you know what's really good hot chocolate & then mix in a little International Delight coffee creamer Hershey's Chocolate Caramel...
I just felt my a$$ grow 2 "'s typing that
Actually for me everytime I stop drinking Pepsi I stop craving the sugar, but I love me some Pepsi. It's also not easy to walk into a store and have pounds of chocolate at your fingertips on Easter displays!I used to be a major choco-holic (ate half a bag of Hershey kisses in one sitting once). Now I eat sugar free chocolate, not quite the same taste, but I eat less chocolate now.
Both my dh and I have been craving chocolate like crazy....our nightly dessert has been a homemade batch of brownies with a Symphony bar melted in them. They are so good!!! I walk 4 miles in an hour almost everyday just so that I can eat my chocolate!!
Symphony is my favorite type of crack... I mean, chocolate.
Too bad I made brownies yesterday! Oh well, I guess I can make more tomorrow!
C.Ann... THAT is a lot of chocolate! What in the world is wrong with us!!! So far *knock on wood* I don't think I have gained either!I honestly can't believe you're posting this!!!! For 3 weeks now I have had the exact same craving and almost posted it here on the DIS!!
Obviously, at 60 and widowed, I can rule out pregnancy - and I went through menopuase at 48..
Anyhow, I have been eating six regular size Hershey bars a day - more if I can get my hands on them.. Tonight DD went to CVS and bought me 3 packages of the Hershey's Solid Chocolate Bunny Bars (6 to a pack) and I've eaten 3 bars already!!
I'm not even a "fan" of candy! What the heck? And it has to be straight, solid chocolate - not cake, cupcakes, ice cream, etc..
This is just too weird that we're both suffering from this same craving at the same time..
And NO - I haven't gained a darn single ounce from it - which I really could use..
This is just too strange....![]()

It is my understanding that some chocolate cravings come from a magnesium deficiency. I say it sounds like a good medical condition that requires an immediate fix!

Does it spread out, or do I break it up?Me too....You will love them in brownies too. Just after you pour your brownie mixture into your pan to bake, gently nestle a giant Symphony bar down into the batter and bake as usual....sooo good!
I am SOOOOOO doing this tomorrow!
