Chocolate wands

In the Honeydukes shop in June, they had Chocolate Wands. Can anyone tell me:
1) How much these are?
2) If they mention Harry Potter on the packaging?
3) Are they packaged singularly?

Im pretty sure the chocolate wands are $9.99 . I remember comparing the chocolate frogs and the chocolate wands because they were the same price.
