I had my first today for lunch it was so much better than the Chocolate Delight Atkins Shake.
Our GNC store had them on sale for $6.99 for a four pack. I hope to get back to the mall before Saturday to get more.

Do they have sugar? I guess not with ATkins. What is the sweetener? I can't tolerate maltotol or sorbitol. They give me cramping pains in my stomach and diarreah(sp??) I do better with apartame (the brand name Nutrasweet.)

It has Splenda brand sweetener in it. I do O.K. with that, I can't tolerate Sorbitol or Malitol.
