HI! I need to make chocolate covered pretzel rods for next weekend, do you think I can dip them today???? Do you think they would stay fresh or should I wait until closer??????
 
I've done them a week ahead and put in an airtight container; they weren't quite as crisp. If you can I'd wait until mid-week! Good luck!
 
I've had chocolate covered marshmellows sitting in the fridge for 2 weeks. I've done pretzles a couple of days in advanced. It's about keeping the humidity low.

Now my mother is a hobby choclatier, she does her stuff weeks in advance for the holidays--and it keeps perfectly fine.
