Chocolate covered bacon

A co-worker brought in a bar today. I had a little piece. You could barely taste the bacon. Not bad actually. Not sure I'd go purposely buy it but it didn't make me gag. lol

Like you, I would probably try it, but if I am going to eat bacon and use up daily calories on it then I want to at least taste the bacon.

I love bacon.

I love chocolate.

I don't think that I would want to limit my enjoyment of either individually by combining them.

I would prefer my bacon on a BLT, yum.

No thanks to deep fried twinkies! Doesn't sound appealing. lol

I had a dark chocolate piece. He said that he can taste more bacon in the milk chocolate one. I took his word for it. lol

It was little pieces of bacon, not a whole strip so it wasn't too overwelming.

I've heard of it before, but I've never tried it. I would try it if given the chance. I doubt I would buy it for myself, but I would definitely taste it.

A local 5 and 10 store sells a whole section of bacon stuff-air fresheners, gum, soap...they also have a section of pickle scented/flavored stuff.

DH and I just went to brunch at a local brewery on Sunday and because our food was taking a little longer than normal to come out they provided us with a selection of their homemade donuts. All plain donuts one with dark chocolate glaze one with vanilla glaze and the third with a caramel glaze with crispy bacon on top. DH loved the bacon one but I felt like the other donuts were sinful enough
