*Chocolate and Pixie Dust* - An August 2008 TR- 8/29 pg 6: Sort of an update

Good for u Jen.... I bet those cupcakes turn out yummy!!

Hope you have a fantastic birthday tomorrow

:lmao: :rotfl2: :lmao: :rotfl2:

Maybe I'll dress up like Gonzo and bring the can of Redi Whip and cupcakes over.

:rotfl2: Naaa I'll bring the Grey Goose. If I have to pee on a stick, it's ok as long as it doesn't interfere with Disney :rotfl2:
OMG would I need a binder for that????
:scared1:

Okay, now you need to put down the bottle...very slowly! :rotfl2:
That is too funny. We want to start trying for #2 next year and I told him after our July trip to WDW. :rotfl:

Sorry, I just couldn't let that one go. I was reading it and I was like OMG!!!! But then I realized you were talking about the cupcakes. :rotfl2:

I laughed out loud about this one and my 8-year-old asked what was so funny! :rotfl:

A binder for being Gonzo, bringing whipped cream and Grey Goose? Or a binder for going to Disney while pregnant??? That could be a whole new section in the binder!!! :rotfl:

DH just asked me what was so funny. :rotfl:

Too funny! All of our boys are wondering what's going on! ;)

:lmao: Where is your mind?? :rotfl:

Quick Frosting
2 egg whites
6 tablespoons cold water
1 1/2 cups sugar
1/2 teaspoon cream of tartar
1 teaspoon pure vanilla extract

In a stainless steel bowl, combine the egg whites, cold water, sugar, and cream of tartar in the top of a double boiler. Whisk until smooth. Place over boiling water and whisk constantly or beat with a hand mixer until the frosting is stiff and holds peaks, about 7 minutes. Remove from the heat and whisk in the vanilla. Let cool, whisking often.

OR:
You can make a whipped topping with heavy cream and powdered sugar and a lot wrisking!

Thanks for the recipe!! Both sound yummy! It looks like I'll have to make a trip to the supermarket tomorrow. I do not have cream of tartar or heavy cream. But I have powdered sugar.

:lmao: I'm sober!!! :lmao:

You're going to wait until after Disney to try? :rotfl2: Well, practice in the meantime.

Oh I hadn't even thought of that. I was thinking about a pregnancy binder. One section for each month, with special parts called "Morning Sickness," "Pain Meds," and "How to manipulate the Baby's Daddy into buying you a new Mercedes since your using your body as an incubator."

Practice makes perfection!! :rotfl2:

Let me know if it works! :rolleyes1
.

You know, I found turning 31 much harder for some reason than turning 30. Of course, I will be 34 this year, so I try not to think of my age anymore -- just what Disney trip I can milk out of it! Last year, our trip to MNSSHP was my gift. ;)

Oh and get some frosting -- mayo is just gross sober or not.

This age stuff is making me feel OLD..... You are all just kids!! I turn 46 in August.:scared1:

That's right! Practice, practice, practice!!

I'll let you know how successful that section will be. Right now, I can have a BMW, but I want a Mercedes. I'll just say Fozzie Bear drives a Mercedes :lmao:

When's your birthday??? Are you a leo too?

:rotfl: You think like me!! I wonder if I have enough time to order from FreshDirect and have the frosting delivered in the morning.

:lmao: Just let him read the thread :rotfl:

I know...right! He said it's that disney stuff isn't it. Well my meds are working and I have thoroughly enjoyed my time with ya'll tonight. Jen, go ahead and find the pee sticks; you will need them! :goodvibes

:rotfl: He did, you know, in The Muppet Movie. :lmao:

I had to go back and fix "drive" to "drove" -- I was appalled that I had made that mistake -- obviously trying to multi-task on the computer is not working.

Exactly! :thumbsup2

I remember that movie!! I wonder if it's on OnDemand tonight.

I do the same thing with typos when I catch them.

:lmao:

I have been missing all the fun.

So after the 14 hour shift, will you get to see Voldy tonight?

I think you should buy the Cool Whip Free. It has no calories or fat.

Forget about the cupcakes. All you need is cool whip and grey goose.

No, not tonight. He couldn't get off. He'll be home tomorrow morning at 9. I wonder if I called FDNY if they could dispatch his ambulance to my house :rotfl2:

He probably won't eat my cupcakes. He knows how I cook :lmao:
