Does anyone know of a good chiropractor in the Orlando/Disney area? Brother-in-law threw his back out and may need help on vacation.

My chiro at home recommended one in case I needed one in FL, but he was in downtown Orlando. Fortunately, I didn't need it. Let me know if he's willing to go downtown, and I'll try and find the guy again.

He is willing to drive up to an hour if he needs it for his trip. So downtown is definely fine.

20 minutes on ice, 20 minutes off and keep doing that as much as possible.

Most drug stores sell "disposable" ice pack that you can "pop" and then they get cold - not as cold as ice but better than nothing.....

In the Daytona Beach area, there's a clinic for one of the chiropractic schools that might be good to contact. My aunt and cousin are FINALLY going there, after YEARS of my urging them to see someone. Actually I didn't know Palmer had opened or moved there until the last year or so.

Although I personally did not go to Palmer b/c they don't have the same view of chiro that I wanted to learn, it's still a good way to find someone to see on a short-term basis.
