Chips and salsa at La Hacienda? Rice?

Does chips and salsa come out before your meal? And I was looking at the menu... Looks like beans with everything. Can you get black beans? And is there no rice? Thanks!

Yes, we received chips and salsa before our meal. A couple bowls of beans and a couple bowls of rice were brought family style with our entrees.
