Can anyone suggest any good Chinese restaurants near Disney?? We like to do Chinese on Xmas eve. Somewhere near the Crossroads area would be great, but anywhere where there is good, preferably takeout, Chinese would be appreciated.

Thanks.

We got delivery from 168, and it was really, really good. Organic veggies, brown rice (upon request), fresh ingredients, no MSG, ton of food for about $40 with tip (three entrees, three soups, three fried crab wontons, three egg rolls and three shrimp bread things). Our local Chinese joints could really learn a thing or two from 168. I wish we had one here!

It's over where Sand Lake and Turkey Lake intersect, not far at all from Crossroads.

Are you into Chinese buffets?

From Crossroads turn right (going away from I-4). One buffet is in the near left quadrant at the next light (where Rte. 535 itself takes a left). You (too) would take a left and instantly turn left into the first driveway.

Another is straight through the aforementioned next light onto Apopka Rd. leaving 535 behind. Half a block down on the right it's in a small plaza. There is a Kinkos here too where you can check your email.

Almost opposite the second Chinese buffet on Apopka is an American buffet (Shoney's).

The CHinese buffets do takeout too, charging by the ounce.

Are the buffets good? I usually don't have good luck with Chinese buffets, but occasionally one will surprise me.

Ming Restaurant - not too far from WDW - nice restaurant and good food - koi fish in lobby and the service was good
Fodor's and Frommers recommend it (as does the Unofficial Guide) - we enjoyed our meal there and are happy to recommend it

Good luck!
