I suspect the $9.99 price was from Cyber Monday (which ran into Tuesday) as they have them in stores for $39.99. Now that the online sale is over, the online price is the same as the in-store price.

I bought it at $9.99 on Tuesday (thanks, OP!) and just got an email today stating that it's estimated to ship on or before 12/9/10 so we'll see...

Both of mine (2 separate orders minutes apart!) say they are being moved from a different area and should be available for pickup in 7 to 10 days.
