Children's menus at buffets?

I see many of the buffets have a separate children's menu.... do they set this up with a separate area for kids? Do they monitor to be sure kids aren't eating any of the "adult" entrees??????

I wouldn't call it a separate menu but separate offerings.

At CP there was a lower counter with the things that kids would like but anyone can get anything from anywhere.

Anyone at a buffet can eat anything from any section of the buffet. If there is a separate "kids buffet" it is only there so the "kid food" can be easily located and possibly within easier reach of the children.
