Children's menu ages

Does anyone know if they check the ages when ordering off a children's menu? I have a very picky 11 year old who will happy with mac and cheese or chicken fingers, I can't picture him ordering off the adult menu at Brown Derby! Any input would be appreciated!

I have never heard of a server checking an age or of a person having a problem ordering off of the children's menu.
