 Hi
I am a newby to this, and I have read many, many guides and tip  books for our upcoming WDW vacation. One of the neatest tips I found was lift shoes for your child when their just shy of 40'. Does anyone know where to purchase these sort of shoes? We live in rual east texas town, so far no luck, except for a shoe repair that wants to charge us $70 to do so.
I would really appreciate any help or suggestions you ole' hands may have.
Thanks Karen

I don't know if your child is a girl or boy, but alot of girls sneakers have pretty thick soles. I would be careful though b/c I have heard of CM's measuring children w/o shoes on to double check. Those height requirements are to be taken seriously, so if he/she is like an inch shy then maybe the shoes would work(keeping in mind they might check), but anymore than that I would think is dangerous. I know what it's like to not make the height require. I'm only 5ft tall so there were plenty of rides I couldn't go on until way after everyone else, but it's not worth it to chance an accident.

I don't know where to get these shoes but please keep in mind that height requirements are there for children's safety. If a child is too short the restraints for the rides may not fit snug enough and put your child at risk.
