We went to Burlington Coat Factory yesterday to look for formal wear for our son. We were able to find him a suit and two pairs of slacks at a very affordable price. We also found several name brand shorts and tees for a fraction of their price. If you have one of these stores in your area I would suggest checking them out for children's formal outfits. I saw a couple of really cute little dresses but didn't ever move in for a closer look so I don't know about prices on girls' clothing. When I teased my son about putting on a frilly dress because I don't have a daughter to dress up he was rather disgusted. This was the look I got.

I bought my DD and DN dresses here when we cruised in 01. They had seperate long skirts and tops marked down to $15 a piece for each skirt/top combo! I have also found really nice long skirts/tops at the GAP after Christmas- they didn't look like Christmas either. Dillards have really nice longer dresses after Easter and Christmas- which also don't look seasonal.

We are cruising with our 3 boys in January and they are in my brother's wedding this October. I bought them tuxes on EBay for $35 each!!!! They are brand new adorable tuxedos!! I would definatley reccommend checking out ebay before renting tuxs for children!!
