Children's Carry On

Are children entitled to one carry on suitcase (US Airways) as adults are?

If they have a ticket, they are entitled to everything an adult is. The carry-ons, snacks, etc.

Thanks. My two girls are at the age they want to do everything an adult does They want their own luggage they can pull (cause Mom and Dad gets to do everything ). I guess we will go ahead and get them a small one each.

I found that the kids-pull type small luggage had enough room for my magazines. So I did not take a carry-on.

Yes including the 1yo for whom you purchased a seat. The child seat does not count as the carry-on.

I think it is great to see kids with the pull type cases, BUT, it is really nice when the kids are taught how to use them. Sometimes they don't realize that their zig zagging hither and yon can cause someone to trip (kids are not the only ones that do this). A few lessons on how to walk with them is time well spents, IMHO.
