Does the Simba Cubhouse take special needs children? My 5 year old son has autism. He is well mannered and potty trained, but is very limited communication-wise. So, he can't tell them what he wants to eat. He also needs help with his pants when he goes potty. Would they be ok with that?

Does the Simba Cubhouse take special needs children? My 5 year old son has autism. He is well mannered and potty trained, but is very limited communication-wise. So, he can't tell them what he wants to eat. He also needs help with his pants when he goes potty. Would they be ok with that?

Unfortunately they will not be okay with your son not being able to attend to all of his 'potty' needs himself. CMs are not allowed to help with ANYTHING when it comes to them using the restroom. Children must be 100% independent on that including 'undressing', going and taking care of personal hygiene (like wiping) and getting 'redressed'. The CMs can put themselves in jeopardy of losing their jobs if they help children with those tasks.
