Children Under 3 Free?

I am taking my DS (19 months) to WDW soon and just curious if we need to purchase a ticket for him or is he considered "free"?

Absolutely. I'm taking my 9 year old one last time in February before she becomes an "adult"!

Also remember that when they are under 3 they are also free at the buffets, including character buffets.
