Children and Cancer

Has anyone heard of Rhabdomosarcoma? My 11 year old niece was diagnosed with this form of cancer on Saturday and I am anxious to know if anyone has heard of this form of cancer or has had any experience with it. My sister took my niece to Sloan Kettering in NYC today for an MRI and other things so I am hoping to know more tomorrow, but in the mean time I thought I would ask here.

Thanks for the links, Steve, I appreciate your taking the time to find them. Between jet lag and this awful diagnosis it has been hard to do much of anything, so thank you.

Thanks everyone for your prayers, we are really going to need them. I hope to find out the results of the MRI soon to know if the cancer has spread and what treatment course they will be following.
