Children and Buffet!!!

Ok so I'm in the process of being assigned a wedding planner!!!
But I need some answers meanwhile...

My DF and I are having the dinner buffet option but I need to know how children are charged???? Do they count as half an adult plate, or do they count as a full person?? What is the children age range??

Thanks guys... I'm really reluctant about using the boards but I always seem to find the answers I need here so I think I'll be on here a lot more often than planned!

Children age 10+ pay adult prices for the meals but do not need need to meet the daily food and beverage minimum.

Age 3-9 pay children's price for the meal.

Age 0-3 are free.
