Can anyone tell me if they will substitute a children's meal for an adult meal on the meal plan. My daughter is 10, and still enjoys the children's meals although she is considered an adult on the meal plan.

Hi I know when in a restaurant they will allow you to order off of the kids menu with an adult package so I'm sure at a qs they would do the same, my son will be 10 on our next trip and we will be asking that at most meals since his slightly younger twin brothers will still be on the kids plan

You can either use an adult credit and have her get a child's meal, or pay out of pocket for her child's meal and use the adult credit another time.

Some of the TS locations also offer a "junior" meal as well. Basically it's a larger portion of the kid's meals. My DD12 turned 10 at WDW 2 years ago and she was an adult on the DDP but there were a few times when she wanted the kid's meals. 2 I can remember for sure where the kid's ravioli at Kona and the Chicken Nuggets at PTC (BTW, the nuggets weren't very good :confused3)

Here's the Junior Mickey Raviolis at Kona

ADDED-By comparison here's the kid's sized version of the Mickey Raviolis

We didn't know about the Jr. Version the first time. :confused3

By contrast, however, here is the adult ravioli at WPC at DTD.

Notice the look on DD's face!

There were a few times when she has gotten the kid's meal and I paid OOP and saved adult credit for another meal.;)
