I will be bringing my son on our trip next week and he doesnt actually turn 3 until the week after. My question is, will he still be able to get on the rides if he doesnt have a ticket? I know I wont be able to get him a fastpass but somehow i just thought of him not being able to ride things. He's already tall enough for some things so surely he can ride some smaller rides right? :confused3

No worries. He can ride anything he's tall enough for. If the people he's riding with have a fastpass, he goes right through with everyone else in the fastpass line. Have a great trip!

He will be able to ride any ride that he is tall enough for. Other than fast passes and the dining plan, I do not think there are any differences between someone under 3 and older children.

It is very unlikely that he will meet the height requirement for a ride that uses FastPasses. If he does, as he does not require a Park Ticket, likewise he will not require a FastPass as long as everyone else in the group has one.

Also, for any dining at a buffet or other all-you-can eat location there is no charge for him to get his own plate and beverages. For other menu-service and quick service, he is expected to eat off another person's plate so any food or beverage ordered specifically for him will have to be paid for. (And menu-service locations will provide a place setting for him so you can put food on it from others in your group.)

Toystory Mania,Kilimanjaro Safaris,Barnstormer,Buzz Lightyear's Space Ranger Spin,Dumbo the Flying Elephant,Enchanted Tales with Belle,Journey of the Little Mermaid,Jungle Cruise,Many Adventures of Winnie the Pooh,Peter Pan's Flight ,Living with the Land,Captain EO,Maelstrom.

These are the rides you can get a Fastpass for that he may want to ride. Cheshire Figment is correct your son will not need a Fastpass yours will be enough.
He will not be able to do the pirates league I think that is all that he will be ineligible for because of his age.

Awesome! Thanks everyone! I was a little worried about some rides like ToyStory mania but I feel much better about everything now. Really excited, get to leave in a week. :thumbsup2

Yes, thanks, everyone! I hadn't even thought about the FP question. We're taking our grandson, along with 11 of us. We already talked about food, park tickets, etc, but not the FP!

OP: Great question!

On a similar note, if you have an infant in a carrier, can the baby stay in the carrier for any ride he is allowed on? (For example stay j. The carrier for the safari ride or toy story mania, or will we have to take him out?)
